Wheat Jaggery Balls

Nutrition :
Rich in B vitamins & fibre, Jaggery gives iron & Ghee introduces essential fatty acids required by the body

Ingredients :
Wheat atta, Jaggery, Ghee, Dry fruits

Instructions :
  1. Prepare 2 rotis with 1 katori Wheat atta
  2. Once warm, break the rotis into very small pieces
  3. Add 2 teaspoon Ghee, 4 teaspoon Jaggery and Dry fruits of choice to it and knead the mixture until sticky
  4. Now make equal sized balls out of it and serve
