Walnut Brownie

Nutrition :
Walnut brownie is a healthy homemade treat rich in omega 3 fatty acids, B vitamins & Magnesium. Curd adds gut-friendly bacteria while nuts add the fibre & crunch to your cake

Ingredients :
Wheat atta, Cocoa powder, Curd, Oil / Butter, Jaggery, Baking powder, Dry fruits

Instructions :
  1. In a bowl whisk 1 katori Jaggery, 3/4 katori Butter / Oil and 1/2 katori Curd till Jaggery melts and forms a smooth paste
  2. Add 2 katori Wheat atta, 4-5 tsp Cocoa powder, add 1 tsp Baking powder, and a pinch of Salt & fold
  3. Add water & fold again
  4. Add dry fruits (powdered or cut) & mix
  5. Now Grease a Baking dish & pour this mixture in it.
  6. Preheat oven & bake at 150-180 degrees for 30-40 min (cooked when  you put a knife and take it out, and no batter sticks to it)
  7. Remove once it cools down
