Sweet Vermicelli for Kids

Nutrition :
Vermicelli is a refined form of wheat. Can be an occasional sweet snack for kids. High in calories, protein and calcium. Ghee provides balanced essential fatty acids

Ingredients :
Vermicelli, Milk, Sugar, Nuts, Cardamom, Ghee

Instructions :
  1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a kadhai and roast 1 katori vermicelli until light brown
  2. Add 2 katori milk and cook on medium flame
  3. Add 3-4 tsp sugar (or as per taste), cardamom & chopped almonds (optional)
  4. Turn off the flame once all the milk is absorbed by the vermicelli
