Roast 1 katori Rice flour on low flame for approx 10 mins till you get an aroma. See that it does not burn. Add 5 tsp sugar and roast further for 2-3 mins. Put aside
Heat 3 tsp Ghee and roast 1/2 katori white Sesame seeds in it till they pop & turn light brown with continuous stirring for 5-7 mins
Add these roasted Sesame & Rice together and mix well.
You can add nuts & cardamom powder as per taste, & make ladoos or eat as Panjiri
Can also be stored and mixed with a cup of milk for a quick porridge
