Protein Dal Chaat

Nutrition :
Chaat, when made of dals & sprouts, has high fibre, protein, B vitamins, magnesium & zinc

Ingredients :
Green moong sprouts, chana dal, masoor dal, moong dal, spices

Instructions :
  1. Sprout 1/2 katori green moong daal.
  2. Soak 1/2 katori each of masoor, chana & moong dal overnight in enough water to submerge all the dals.
  3. Mix everything in a cooker & whistle till soft
  4. Add lemon juice, salt & pepper as per taste & serve
