Protein Dal Chaat
Chaat, when made of dals & sprouts, has high fibre, protein, B vitamins, magnesium & zinc
Green moong sprouts, chana dal, masoor dal, moong dal, spices
Sprout 1/2 katori green moong daal.
Soak 1/2 katori each of masoor, chana & moong dal overnight in enough water to submerge all the dals.
Mix everything in a cooker & whistle till soft
Add lemon juice, salt & pepper as per taste & serve
