Gud Banana Cake

Nutrition :
High in protein, fibre, and energy. Banana adds important minerals and jaggery increases the iron content. Flaxseed makes it high in Vitamin E and antioxidants

Ingredients :
Wheat atta, Ripe banana, Flaxseed powder, Butter, Jaggery, Baking powder, Cinnamon, Vanilla essence

Instructions :
  1. Dissolve 5-6 tsp flaxseeds powder in water, add 1/2 katori butter, beat till smooth & keep aside
  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas with a fork till smooth & add to the above mixture
  3. Add 1/2 katori jaggery powder & beat again.
  4. Add 2 katori wheat atta, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tsp vanilla essence in the mixture
  5. Mix & fold the mixture
  6. Grease a baking dish & put the above mixture in it & bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 45-50 mins
  7. Insert a knife in the cake - if it comes out clean then the cake is baked
Makes a baking tin of cake enough for the full family
