Easy Sweet Almonds

Nutrition :
A quick snack rich in Iron, fibre, Vitamin E & Magnesium

Ingredients :
Almonds, Ghee, Jaggery / Sugar

Instructions :
  1. Roast 2 katoris of Almonds on low flame with 2-3 tsp Ghee for 5-6 mins. It should be lightly roasted. 
  2. Add 2-3 tsp Sugar / Jaggery and roast for another 2 mins. 
  3. Serve or grind to a powder.
