Easy Mango/Papaya Pudding

This blend of seasonal fruits provides fibre, Vitamin C, antioxidants. A pudding of these blended fruits is a sweet & refreshing dessert for both children & adults

Ingredients :
Mango/Papaya, Banana, Anar & Saffron (optional)

Instructions :
  1. Peel & cut 1 big mango/1 papaya
  2. Freeze for a bit along with one peeled Banana
  3. Total cut fruits should make  4-5 katori (if not then use more of the fruit you like).
  4. Blend in a high-speed blender, use some water if required. 
  5. This should make a cold, gelato (ice cream) like consistency
  6. Garnish with pomegranate/anar seeds & saffron strands (optional)
Makes 4-5 katori pudding
