Curd makes this a probiotic-rich snack. Adding paneer gives high protein & calcium. Veggies enhance the vitamin & mineral. Soft & easy to eat for children

Ingredients :
Rice atta, curd, paneer, veggies, spices

Instructions :
  1. Combine 1 katori curd, 1/2 katori paneer, 5-6 teaspoons of rice atta with 1/2 katori veggies of your preference & spices like salt, pepper, 1 tsp ginger paste in a bowl.
  2. Adjust the consistency by adding more rice flour if required (the batter should not be too thick)
  3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan & pour about a spoonful of the batter on it
  4. With a spoon slightly press it in the centre & cook from both sides till cooked completely & golden-brown. Serve
