Nutrition :
Enjoy Kuttu cheelas instead of heavy fried puris this Navratri. They are rich in fibre, protein & B vitamins

Ingredients :
Kuttu atta, Salt, Black pepper, Oil

Instructions :
  1. In a bowl take 1 katori kuttu atta, 1 katori water, salt as per taste, pinch of black pepper to make a batter of flowing consistency and keep aside for 10 mins
  2. Heat a hot dosa pan, put 1 tsp of oil & pour one ladle of this batter and spread it with help of a spoon
  3. Roast from both the sides on low flame until it is cooked properly on medium flame
  4. Serve with curd or sabji
