Rice Rava Dibba Dosa

Nutrition :
Rice and Suji make this a high energy meal for children. Veggies if added increases the fibre and minerals and vitamins. Curd makes the dish probiotic

Ingredients :
Rice atta, Rawa/Suji, Onion, Curd, Spices, Veggies (optional)

Instructions :
  1. Mix 1/2 katori rice atta, 1/2 katori suji/rava, 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 tsp turmeric & 1/2 katori curd, salt as per taste (caution- do not add extra water)
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Heat a tawa on medium flame. 
  4. Pour a ladle full of batter & spread evenly on the tawa & close the tawa with a lid.
  5. Let it cook well until golden brown & turn it around to roast from both sides & serve hot once done
Makes 5-6 dosas
