Nutrition :
Make that traditional paratha appealing to your child by adding colourful veggies that add vitamins and minerals to your fibre rich paratha

Ingredients :
Wheat atta, veggies, spices, ghee/oil

Instructions :
  1. Makes parantha's & cook till they are half done on both sides & keep them aside
  2. In a pan saute onions/spring onions, grated veggies (seasonal veggies) add boiled peas or corn(if in season)
  3. At the same time boil 1-2 potatoes and mash them
  4. Once the veggies are cooked, add salt, coriander powder, chaat masala as per taste, 2-3 tsp sesame seeds/flax seeds/other seeds that you may have
  5. Add mashed potatoes in it & mix properly
  6. Now take half cooked paratha & spread this filling on it & fold in a cone
  7. Apply ghee on both sides & cook (you can apply mild pressure) & cut it in half & serve with curd or chutney
