Oats Suji Dosa

Nutrition :
Oats provide fibre & Suji makes it filing and high in energy. Curd is probiotic and it soothes the tummy. An interesting twist for both adults and children

Ingredients :
Oats, Suji, Curd, Spices

Instructions :
  1. Make a fine powder of ½ katori oats
  2. Add ½ katori rawa/suji to the oats powder
  3. Now add ½ katori of curd and mix well to remove any lumps
  4. Add ½ katori water to achieve a thin dosa consistency
  5. Add ¼ teaspoon of cumin seeds and salt to taste to the mixture
  6. Finely chop a small piece of onion, few curry leaves and any other greens of your choice(coriander, palak, dill etc) and mix into the batter
  7. To make the dosa, grease a pan with 1 tsp oil
  8. Pour the batter on the pan and make a nice round shape 
  9. Wait till the sides begin to turn golden brown, and then flip it to cook the other side
  10. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup
