Ingredients :
Oats, Suji, Curd, Spices
Instructions :
Make a fine powder of ½ katori oats
Add ½ katori rawa/suji to the oats powder
Now add ½ katori of curd and mix well to remove any lumps
Add ½ katori water to achieve a thin dosa consistency
Add ¼ teaspoon of cumin seeds and salt to taste to the mixture
Finely chop a small piece of onion, few curry leaves and any other greens of your choice(coriander, palak, dill etc) and mix into the batter
To make the dosa, grease a pan with 1 tsp oil
Pour the batter on the pan and make a nice round shape
Wait till the sides begin to turn golden brown, and then flip it to cook the other side
Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup
