Nutrition :
Oats make your Upma rich in fibre, while Spinach adds iron & Paneer adds protein and calcium to your dish

Ingredients :
Oats, Spinach, Paneer, Veggies, Spices

Instructions :
  1. Roast 1 katori Oats till slightly golden-brown in colour
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan on low flame, add Mustard seeds & Curry leaves and let it crackle
  3. Add Onion and sauté till golden-brown
  4. Add Tomatoes and cook till soft
  5. Add Spinach and cook for 1-2 mins
  6. Add roasted Oats to it and cook further for few minutes
  7. Remove from flame and serve
