Jowar Dosa

Nutrition :
Jowar makes your dosa gluten free and high in fibre. Jowar is high in B vitamins, iron, magnesium & zinc. Rice flour is high in energy and makes this dosa a filling wholesome meal

Ingredients :
Jowar atta, rice atta, ginger, salt & spices, curry leaves, ghee/oil

Instructions :
  1. In a bowl, add 1 katori jowar atta, 1/2 katori rice atta, salt as per taste, other spices (like chilli if you want), 2 katori water & mix it well
  2. Heat a pan & add 1 tsp oil, little finely chopped ginger (optional if making for small children), a few curry leaves & saute it
  3. Add this to the bowl and mix well
  4. Heat a dosa pan, put 1 tsp of oil & pour one ladle of this dosa batter
  5. Cook from both the sides until golden brown & serve with chutney/sambar
Makes 5-6 dosas
