Soak in water for 10 mins separately, 1/2 katori rice, 1/2 katori moong dal (can be soaked longer too), 1/4 katori soya chunks
In a pressure cooker, add 2 tsp oil and saute 1/2 katori chopped onions till golden brown
Add 1 finely chopped potato & cook till tender, add 1/2 katori chopped spinach to it & stir. Add 1 katori water to it.
Add salt & spices as per taste & close the lid of the pressure cooker to cook for 5-6 whistles (or when cooked as per your judgement) & then remove from flame
