Besan Palak Chilla

Nutrition :
  • High in fibre, protein, iron & B vitamins
  • Besan & palak are highly nutritous superfoods

Ingredients :
Besan, spinach/palak, any other vegetables, spices

Instructions :
  1. Combine 1/2 katori finely chopped palak leaves, 3/4 katori besan, finely chopped veggies of your choice & spices as per taste with enough water to make a thin batter
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and spread a ladle full of batter on it 
  3. Cook on both sides until golden-brown and remove from flame & serve with chutney
