Ingredients :
Besan, spinach/palak, any other vegetables, spices
Instructions :
Combine 1/2 katori finely chopped palak leaves, 3/4 katori besan, finely chopped veggies of your choice & spices as per taste with enough water to make a thin batter
Heat oil in a non-stick pan and spread a ladle full of batter on it
Cook on both sides until golden-brown and remove from flame & serve with chutney
