Amaranth Porridge

Nutrition :
Amaranth is a superfood & makes your porridge a complete meal by increasing its calcium, iron & protein

Ingredients :
Puffed Amaranth, Milk, Sugar/Jaggery

Instructions :
  1. Heat 2 glasses of Milk, add 1 katori of puffed Amaranth. 
  2. Cook for 2 min
  3. Add 2-3 tsp of Sugar/Jaggery or as per your taste
  4. Cook at medium flame for 1-2 min or till it is your desired consistency & serve hot/cold
